The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. For reservations of more than 2 rooms, 100% of the first night for all rooms will be charged by Apollo Inn.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

My daughter left her ipad in the room during check out. The cleaner and also staff (indian lady at reception counter) was very honest. They contacting us to take the ipad. We really appreciate it and thank you very much.

The fact that they don't use continuous plastic bottles. They encourage you to fill a glass bottle at a water point within the hotel
